A new meaning to baby's first curl...

Emma and I went with Grammy to the ...... Men's World Curling Championship. We had a good time. Emma really enjoyed watching people curling. They were yelling crazy things in Norwegian, and there were lots of bright lights, and lots of silly people in the audience yelling, and singing and cheering. Emma's first words are gonna be "Aussie aussie aussie oye oye oye"

Also, we did a little shopping, and got Emma a baby backpack. Mt. Everest here we come.
If you can remember it was 75 degrees Friday. Emma got to wear her pretty little purple dress.
And Saturday, Grandma and Grandpa came to visit. We had a great time!

I'm delighted Emma enjoyed the curling matches! A well rounded appreciation of sports is a handy trait. Her Great-Grammy always said, "If you can talk sports you can talk to anyone"
PS love the hat!
