Fathers day picnic

We had a very nice fathers day at aunt MaryBeth's house. Emma really enjoyed playing with the letter Q.
She got to swim in her very own kiddie pool. We were all very jealous, since it was very hot. Grandma held the umbrella, so she wouldn't get burnt. What service!


 

A night at the drive in....

Last Friday we went to the drive in. We had a great time. It was Emma's first trip to the drive in. She really enjoyed watching all the children playing before the movie started, and she really likes eating supper in the trunk of the car, but she slept through both movies.


 

Singing in the rain...

We had a mini playgroup today. Emma, Nina, and Laura had a great time, while their crazy mommies took them for a walk in the rain. (We had to get out of the house). When we came back, Emma had a great time playing with Nina's toes.
Emma has a new way to take a bath... in the laundry basket. She loves it because the toys don't get too far away, and I love it because I don't have to worry about her hitting her head on the tub. (It's cast iron)

I know it's been a while...

I know it's been a while, but here are a bunch of posts, with a bunch of cute pics. Sorry it's been so long. Emma has really been enjoying her biter biscuits, but they are SO MESSY!
People always say Emma looks just like me, but I think she looks alot like her daddy. They're both so cute!

They survived this round, but we'll see about next time.

Emma loves the outdoors. She loves playing on the grass. She really loves eating the grass. 

Little swimmer

Emma loves swimming, especially in her new care bears swimsuit.
We also got a new stroller. I'm normally anti jogging strollers, but I've been walking an awful lot, and the other day the wheel fell off, so it's new stroller time. Emma loves it. It had toys on the front for her, and it has speakers built in, so we can listen to music as we stroll. She loves it.
Here she is reading the book she took off the shelf all by herself.
 

Being silly...

Although Emma likes to sleep on her back, ( All babies should sleep on their backs) She really enjoys napping on her belly once in a while. Here she is taking a cat nap on the bed.

We found her old hat. She got it the day she was born. It was a little big then. Not anymore. I think she looks like a frat pledge with a Beanie. Keep her away from the keg.

People keep telling me i'm the cutest boy they've ever seen. I think I need some pink t-shirts.
